Very poor reception service. otherwise apartment good. Positive: The property was clean and was well maintained Negative: Our problem was getting beyond the foyer as there was nobody on the desk, quite possibly for most of the day. It was not possible to leave luggage. Other people had similar problems. As someone left we managed to get into reception, finally a maintenance person helped us. Not as advertised!!!!! Don’t expect anyone to answer a phone or email.

There are some repairs that are needed but minor

I would certainly stay there again. The location was excellent and the unit was quite nice. Positive: We were very pleased with the location and the facility and the concierge was very hospitable and helpful. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean. Negative: The air conditioning was not working and it was very warm.

Positive: La propreté et l’emplacement. Negative: Seul point négatif : dernière nuit compliquée avec un réveil à 5h30 par l’alarme incendie de l’immeuble : tous les résidents priés de sortir en urgence sur le trottoir jusqu’à l’arrivée des pompiers. Retour dans les appartements à 6h30 sans aucune explication de la part du personnel de la résidence, aucun message d’excuses.

Positive: Great location. Quick walk to Old Quebec and The Plains of Abraham Area. Easy to shop and eat close by. Friendly concierge staff. Parking available.

It is conveniently located close to the old town. Easy to walk to nice restaurants and groceries.

Positive: Esta super agusto , seguro , pero no te dan el que vez en la foto, más sin embargo muy muy cómodo y cerca de los bonito de quebec Negative: Que no te dan el departamento que te anuncian , casi todos son iguales pero uno va por el que vio y no es el que te dan

De grandes chances qu'on retourne pour le FEQ l'an prochain! Positive: Nous étions à Québec pour le festival d'été, l'emplacement était génial, tout près des Plaines. Nous sommes de Montmagny et le fait de ne pas avoir à retourner à la maison après la soirée (grève du traversier) a été vraiment apprécié. Negative: Avoir une seule puce pour la porte d'entrée principale. Système de ventilation très bruyant. Plancher chauffant qui fonctionne en même temps que la climatisation.

Positive: Rachael at the front desk was wonderful, she really went out of her way to be helpful. Amount other things, she found us an additional parking space in the garage. A win/win for both of us! Negative: The only issue I had with the whole experience was the parking situation. There really isn't a place to park when you go to pick up your keys and for a unit that can accommodate 6 people, if you arrival by car, you probably need one than one parking space.

Comme à la maison en plein milieu du vieux Québec Positive: L’emplacement géographique était vraiment génial. Nous étions près de tout. On a adoré pouvoir loger la famille (6 personnes) tous ensemble. Aucun hôtel ne le nous permettait. Pour nous, c’était également une alternative moins coûteuse. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine complète nous permettant de prendre des repas comme à la maison. Negative: Nous avons moins aimé avoir qu’une seule place de stationnement disponible quand pourtant, les espaces étaient majoritairement vides dans le sous terrain. Heureusement, le stationnement d’Youville est juste à un coin de rue.

Positive: The people at the front reception were so wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Very clean and had everything you would need. Negative: Too small for a family of 5.
